Welcome to the New PEDIF Portal

Important note (Old portal → New portal)

Your services and ongoing operations continue as before. Nothing changes in your running processing or deliveries — only where you update and maintain your onboarding data (Business Partners, Channels, Service details, conversations, tickets, organization members).

  • The old portal was the previous onboarding UI.
  • The new PEDIF Portal is the web application used to view and manage your Services, update Business Partners and Channels, and communicate with Supedio via conversations and helpdesk.

If you are logging in for the first time after migration, you should see the same Organization and Services already available to you.

If there is any problem managing Business Partners or any issues with the migration data please contact support@supedio.net

Quick Start (5 minutes)

1) Sign in and set language

  1. Sign in with the credentials shared by Supedio via email.
    1. Do not have access details yet? Contact support@supedio.net
  2. Optional: switch language via User menu → Language.

2) Confirm you are in the right Organization

Your access is scoped by Organization. If your company has multiple organizations or subsidiaries, you may see more than one.

3) Review your current Services

  • See every Service (table or kanban)
  • Open Service detail pages
  • Track status and updates

4) Check notifications and messages

Use:

  • Notifications for status changes / replies / mentions
  • Service → Conversations for context‑specific communication with Supedio

5) Update what changes in real life (BPs and Channels)

As your partners, recipients, or endpoints change:

  • update Business Partners (BP list)
  • adjust Channels / delivery recipients (where permitted)

Note: The BP list remains editable at all times, even after Go Live, to reflect real‑world partner updates.

Where to do what (Old portal users mapping)

All Services

  • Review active services and status
  • Open and continue configuration
  • See progress and activity

Service → Conversations

Ask questions or respond to Supedio inside a specific Service. Replies trigger notifications.

Chatroom

All conversations from all service tickets in one place

Helpdesk

Track support tickets and continue communication via comments.

Business Partners

View / create / edit / delete Business Partners used across your Services. For IN services, BP details can be critical because fingerprinting is often BP‑specific.

Channels (Check‑in and Delivery)

Manage how documents are sent to Supedio (Email/SFTP/API) and how results are delivered (partner email / portal / API).

Organizations

Admins can manage org details and invite members (if permitted).

Account menu (top‑right / avatar)

  • Manage Account: profile + active sessions
  • Your Organizations: switch if you belong to multiple orgs
  • Language: EN/DE
  • Feedback: raise a support request when needed

What you can edit vs. what requires Support (Freeze rule)

  • When a Service moves from In Review → In Progress, critical fields become read‑only for customers and BPs.
  • If you must change a frozen field, raise a support request; Supedio can move the Service back to In Review, you edit, then resubmit.
  • Business Partner list remains editable in all stages, including production.

FAQs (for migrated customers)

Q1. Are my services still running? Yes. Existing processing is unaffected — the portal is for managing onboarding data, partners, channels, and communication.

Q2. I can’t see my Services after login. What should I do? Check you’re in the correct Organization and try All Services. If it still looks wrong, raise a ticket via Feedback / Helpdesk.

Q3. What’s the difference between Chatroom and Conversations?

  • Conversations are tied to a specific Service.
  • Chatroom aggregates conversations from all service tickets.

Q4. Why can’t I edit some fields on a Service? Because the Service moved to In Progress, and critical fields are frozen. Request changes via support; Supedio can move it back to In Review.

Q5. Can I update Business Partners even after Go Live? Yes — BP list is always editable.

Q6. How do I invite colleagues to access the portal? If you are an Org Admin, use Organizations → Invite member (role‑based).

Q7. I’m not receiving notifications / emails. Check portal Notifications and Service Communication Information.

Q8. Are my uploaded samples visible to others? Sample handling is permission‑controlled; BP sample visibility is restricted in V1.
